- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪By far the worst service I have ever encountered. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:45pm, but received a text message reminder stating that I had an appointment at 3pm. I showed up at 3pm and was denied service because I was 15 minutes late. Tried to show the receptionist the text message stating my appointment was at 3pm and she refused to read it. She then continued to tell me I would not be seen and did not even try to reschedule me an appointment. This was the first experience with west county dental and it will also be my last.October 14, 2017by Isaac Clark
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Every cavity filled for myself & my 2 son's done using amalgam (silver) fillings has come out & broken off a portion if not all of tooth in the process!! I ended up losing 3 teeth that were filled here!July 15, 2017by Michelle Stoltz
